Now Hiring - Route Delivery Driver; Stocker - Merchandiser - Class B CDL in West Jefferson, NC

Weekly base pay guaranteed PLUS commission on EVERY case delivered. Qualified candidate will be hard working, energetic, self-starter, and a problem solver. The right candidate will have experience building customer relationships, and understand the accountability and integrity required of delivery team members. Training for NC Commercial Class B Drivers License Provided while on the job. Ten weeks of paid training time for the right candidate including assistance acquiring CDL permit & license.

Daily duties include vehicle inspection, inventory inspection, and safely driving to accounts. Once arrived, the team member will unload & deliver products, check in with customer, verify order, collect payment and invoices, stocking shelves, coolers, displays, vendors, etc.. Handheld computers are used to print invoices and collect payments. Home everyday. 40hr workweek is the norm.

Start time is 5:45am and is complete when the work is done. Routes calculated on 8-hour days. Regular and repeated lifting, moving, sliding, pushing of 40lbs or more is required.

Weekly Base pay PLUS commission after training period. Role is a ‘stepping stone’ role to sales roles, managerial positions and other departments.
